We are hiring a Payroll & Labour Relations Specialist to join our team in Lisbon! If you’re passionate about labour payroll, law, have solid experience, and want to grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment, this is your chance.

Key Responsibilities :

Payroll Processes :

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain employee records related to compensation, benefits, and deductions.
  • Draw statistical analyses, in particular reports with HR management KPI’s (FTE's, absenteeism, turnover, among others);
  • Manage HR and other reports for delivery to internal clients, namely the Finance Department and EA Global, with accurate and timely information.
  • Support audits and reporting requirements.
  • Stay up to date with labour laws and payroll best practices.
  • Manage and follow up on various employment situations.

Labour Relations :

  • Provide legal advice on labour and Social Security matters.
  • Liaise with employees, legal representatives, and unions.
  • Monitor legislative changes and support collective bargaining.
  • Draft reports, proposals, meeting minutes, and internal agreements.
  • Coordinate with People Office team and other departments.
  • Requirements :
  • Degree in Management, Human Resources, Labour Law or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 user : Excel
  • Nice to have : C1 level of English / Italian or Spanish is a plus
  • Must reside in Lisbon.
