Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions across multiple channels such as phone email live chat and messaging apps.
  • Respond to common questions provide detailed product information and offer initial technical support where needed.
  • Ensure all communication reflects the companys tone of voice and adheres to established brand and service guidelines.
  • Forward more complex inquiries or issues to the appropriate internal teams or seniorlevel support.
  • Collaborate with technical personnel to effectively resolve customer service tickets.
  • Maintain and organize your assigned support cases while following internal procedures priorities and team workflows.

Skills Competencies and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in German at a native or fluent level (C2) in both spoken and written communication.
  • Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent communication skills across all digital and voice channels including phone email chat and social media.
  • A basic understanding of customer service best practices and the ability to follow structured processes.
  • Ability to assist with technical issues and perform basic troubleshooting under guidance.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools software platforms and technologies.
  • Analytical and solutionoriented mindset with solid problemsolving skills.
