Role :
As a Hemmersbach Technician you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanour. Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd quite neatly describe the position you would like to have :
- Help users with their problems and requests, thus putting a smile on their faces
- Analyse errors, maintain hardware, set up / remove work stations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory
- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
- Support meeting rooms
- Support "hands and eyes" / "Smart hands"
- Attend weekly telephone conferences with the international team (in English)
- Inventory control
Requirements :
18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)Ability to build relationshipsExcellent time management skillExperience in OS, Apps and H / W installation and troubleshooting depending on project productsGood experience of supporting devices such as Printers and Meeting Room equipment'sSolid knowledge of English (B2 minimum)Benefits :
