Location : Lisbon Portugal

Role : Dutch speaking Customer Support Agent – Vehicle Leasing & Fleet Management

Salary : 1309 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonuses and meal allowance). Package with company accommodation is 1050 euro gross p / m plus free accommodation (so not cost for rent and utility bills)

Working Hrs : 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern Monday to sunday from 7am to 5pm.

Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support large international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages so you'd be joining a very multicultural environment.

The Role :

As a Customer Support Agent you will be part of a globally recognized company specializing in full-service vehicle leasing and fleet management. Operating under the umbrella of a major financial services group this organization supports both business and individual clients with a comprehensive suite of mobility solutions including operational leasing maintenance insurance and vehicle resale. With a strong presence across multiple countries in Europe and North America the company is committed to innovation and sustainability—actively promoting the use of electric and hybrid vehicles to help shape a greener future in transportation.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for clients supporting a range of inquiries related to vehicle usage maintenance fuel cards documentation and more. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality solution-oriented service that enhances customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming requests via phone email or other channels regarding vehicle use maintenance repairs fuel cards insurance and documentation
  • Update customer records and manage service requests using internal systems
  • Liaise with internal departments and external service partners to ensure prompt resolution of issues
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service aligned with company values and quality standards
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention through clear communication and proactive support

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Team-oriented adaptable and proactive in problem-solving.
