Description

1] BRIEF ROLE DESCRIPTION

Integrated within the Global NPL (Non-Performing Loans) department, this professional will act as an Internal Consultant, leading and developing procedures and projects related to the Non-Performing Loans (NPL) area, with the aim of contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

2] RESPONSABILITIES :

• Conduct end-to-end evaluations of current processes within the operational area
• Identify issues and opportunities for improvement in operational workflows
• Analyze and document existing processes, as well as design new procedures
• Manage operational dependencies and carry out impact analyses
• Prepare requirements documentation for projects
• Oversee and monitor project implementation
• Manage continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for various stakeholders.
