Are you ready to take part in defending critical systems and strengthening cybersecurity operations in a regulated environment?

We are hiring a Cybersecurity Analyst to join a proactive Information Security team, where youll help implement technical controls, coordinate security initiatives, and lead awareness efforts to ensure operational resilience.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lisbon (Amoreiras area) , ideal for professionals who want to be at the heart of cybersecurity execution and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Implement technical cybersecurity controls and continuous improvements

Manage and execute security projects (e.g. solution implementation, vendor coordination, hardening, vulnerability management)

Operate and monitor cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, EDR, MDM, and DLP

Conduct internal technical audits and support external assessments

Coordinate phishing simulations and lead employee awareness programs

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure security best practices are followed

Requirements

2 to 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity operations or related areas

University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and incident response processes

Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail

Professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English

Contract type Fixed-term or permanent (depending on experience)
