Are you ready to take part in defending critical systems and strengthening cybersecurity operations in a regulated environment?
We are hiring a Cybersecurity Analyst to join a proactive Information Security team, where youll help implement technical controls, coordinate security initiatives, and lead awareness efforts to ensure operational resilience.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lisbon (Amoreiras area) , ideal for professionals who want to be at the heart of cybersecurity execution and decision-making.
Responsibilities
Implement technical cybersecurity controls and continuous improvementsManage and execute security projects (e.g. solution implementation, vendor coordination, hardening, vulnerability management)Operate and monitor cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, EDR, MDM, and DLPConduct internal technical audits and support external assessmentsCoordinate phishing simulations and lead employee awareness programsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure security best practices are followedRequirements
2 to 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity operations or related areasUniversity degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and incident response processesStrong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detailProfessional proficiency in both Portuguese and EnglishContract type Fixed-term or permanent (depending on experience)Want to take a hands-on role in strengthening cybersecurity operations?
