Randstad operates in Portugal and worldwide as a leader in the field of human resources across various sectors of activity.

The Digital division focuses exclusively on the IT sector, offering unique opportunities for professional development. We are looking for a Java Developer.

Responsabilities :

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance services using Java / Spring Boot;
Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code aligned with best practices;
Use Docker and AWS to deploy and manage cloud-based applications;
Design and interact with PostgreSQL databases effectively;
Perform API testing with Postman to ensure reliability and performance;
Work in an agile team, collaborating closely across locations;
Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements :

4+ years of experience in backend development with Java;

Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture;

Solid knowledge of Docker, AWS, and PostgreSQL;

Experience with API testing using Postman;

Familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban;

Autonomous, collaborative, and team-oriented, with a proactive mindset.
