Customer Support Specialist (Dutch + English) Work Remotely from Anywhere in Portugal!

Looking for a stable, full-time remote job with a leading tech company while staying right here in Portugal? We're hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to assist small and medium-sized businesses with digital advertising tools. Youll start with one month of on-site training in Lisbon , and then enjoy the flexibility of working fully remote from anywhere in the country!

What Youll Do :

Help customers via phone, email, and chat

Provide pre- and post-sales support

Assist with account navigation, advertising tools, and campaign management

Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and share feedback

What Were Looking For :

Fluent in Dutch and comfortable in English (B2 / C1)

High school diploma or equivalent

Positive, service-oriented mindset

Tech-savvy or open to learning (training provided!)

Legal right to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or valid permit)

Schedule & Training :

Monday to Friday | 9 : 0017 : 00 (no weekends!)

1 month of on-site training in Lisbon

Fully remote after training work from anywhere in Portugal!
