About the Role :
We’re looking for a CRM Manager to lead strategy and execution across key European markets, playing a crucial role in customer retention, engagement, and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Own and implement the CRM strategy to increase traffic, click-through rates (CTR), and CRM-driven revenue
- Use Emarsys to build advanced automations, lifecycle campaigns, and personalized email communications
- Segment and profile customers to create impactful and tailored messaging
- Collaborate with local teams to adapt and roll out global CRM initiatives
- Monitor key KPIs (e.g., traffic, CTR, revenue) and apply learnings to continuously improve performance
- Work closely with data & analytics teams to optimize customer journeys and campaign impact
- Stay current with CRM trends and best practices to keep the strategy innovative and effective
What We’re Looking For :
5+ years of experience in CRM, ideally in eCommerce, consumer goods, or B2BProficiency with CRM platforms — experience with Emarsys is a strong plusStrong analytical skills and confidence using customer data to inform strategyExcellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approachComfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsExperience in the beauty or consumer products industry is a bonusFluent in EnglishInterested?
