Your Role :

As a Transport Claims Assistant, you’ll be the main point of contact for managing transport-related claims. Whether it’s a delayed delivery or vehicle damage, you’ll handle every case with a calm, analytical mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Take full ownership of the transport claims process, from initiation to resolution.
• Investigate damages, delays, or lost vehicles with accuracy and fairness.
• Communicate effectively with carriers, insurers, and internal teams to collect documentation.
• Negotiate fair settlements and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain thorough records and report trends to support operational improvements.
• Be an ambassador for transparency, professionalism, and partnership.
