What are we looking for?

• Advanced SQL proficiency — confident handling raw, unstructured data, writing complex queries, and analyzing large-scale datasets with efficiency and precision;
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker — not just consuming dashboards, but building them from scratch to answer real business questions;
• Strong foundation in product analytics, including experience working with hit-level data from tools like Google Analytics 4 or similar platforms;
• Extensive A / B testing experience, including test design, implementation, and interpretation of results to guide decision-making;
• Good understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and how data flows through modern analytics environments;
• Proven ability to optimize queries and design scalable, efficient data aggregation logic for performance and clarity;
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis (e.g., using pandas, numpy, statsmodels) or for automating small-scale data workflows;
• Experience with PySpark or similar big data tools, particularly in distributed data environments;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
