About the role

The People Payroll team together with our People Operations Team are the building blocks of our People function, with strong, robust and efficient operations we grow our partnerships with the business and create a meaningful employee experience. We are looking for a (International) Payroll Specialist / Lead to strengthen our People Payroll Team.

You are end to end responsible for the payroll process in all countries where our Catawikians are based. Of course we want to pay our employees all over the world their salaries on time and ensure timely and accurate processing of the payroll. This includes collecting and providing payroll data to the local payroll providers and reviewing the completed payroll reports. Currently our Catawikians are based in 8 European countries, a few countries outside Europe and we are expanding further on a global level.

What you’ll bring

You have work experience in an HR department of a commercial and international oriented organisation and :

3 years experience in (international) payroll for EU countries, Dutch Payroll is a big plus

Where you'll be

This role will be based in our Lisbon office.

Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire and connect. Most Catawikians are within commuting distance of one of our offices and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model. This means that you will be in the office 2 out of 5 days (40% of your working time) to collaborate and connect with your colleagues. That said, some roles may be an exception : if the job description states that the position is fully remote or 100% office-based, that arrangement will apply instead.
