Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Guide customers in optimizing their use of our services and platforms.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients enhance their understanding of our products.
  • Document client interactions and feedback accurately for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, consultancy, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively.
  • A knowledge of digital marketing and online services is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A willingness to embrace a new culture and adapt to living in Bali.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client needs across different time zones.
  • Willing to follow a 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
