Location : Hybrid (Based in Braga Portugal)
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in German .
- Provide accurate information about products services and solutions.
- Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes.
Requirements :
Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory.Good command of English for internal communication.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to rotating shifts including nights and weekends.Comfortable working remotely with a stable internet connection.Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.What We Offer :
