What Youll Be Doing

As a Customer Experience Specialist , youll be the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, email, and social media . Your goal? Offer helpful, friendly, and effective support that leaves every customer smiling.

Your responsibilities include :

Assisting customers with orders, product info, and tech support

Managing queries across multiple communication channels

Adapting your tone and style to match each brands voice

Resolving complex issues with patience and empathy

Logging cases and keeping records accurate and organized

Youd Be a Great Fit If You :

Speak fluently in French and  English

• Have some customer support experience (phone, email, or chat) a plus, not a must

Are tech-savvy or enjoy problem-solving
