Your Mission Will Be :
- Manage the recruitment and selection full cycle process for IT roles;
- Creation of job descriptions and curricular screening;
- Administrative tasks related to recruitment and selection activities and others as needed;
- Search for potential candidates on several platforms, like LinkedIn (Recruiter), using different strategies;
- Conducting phone and video interviews;
- Communicate with business managers to understand hiring needs.
Really Important To Have :
BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields;High motivation to be part of a dynamic team;Interest in the IT field;Ability to adapt to changes and high-speed environments.Not Mandatory, But It Would Be Good :
Previous experience in the recruitment field;Experience in the role, especially with tech profiles;Experience working with a LinkedIn recruiter;Good level of English (spoken and written).With Us You Can Be a :
