What will be your responsibilities :
- Ensure adherence to international, national, and local customs regulations;
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation for import / export activities, including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin, export licenses;
- Liaise with customs brokers, government agencies, and regulatory bodies to resolve issues and ensure timely clearance;
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor transportation of goods to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery;
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers;
- Optimize routes and transportation methods, balancing cost, speed, and reliability;
- Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or lost goods;
- Analyze transportation and customs data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement;
- Prepare reports on costs, delivery timelines, and customs compliance metrics;
- Develop and implement KPIs to monitor and improve performance;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
Profile and Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, international relations, or related field;Minimum 3 years of experience in customs compliance, international trade, or transportation management;Irreproachable fluency in Portuguese, oral and written. Communication with public entities on a daily basis;Certifications or additional courses in logistics or supply chain management will be considered an advantage;Strong understanding of customs regulations and transportation principles;Analytical mindset with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI);Excellent communication, negotiation skills and ability to work in a team;Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines;Fluency in English, both oral and written.What we have to offer you :
