Junior Concierge Specialist

Based in bustling Dallas, Texas, we operate across the globe, with strategically positioned teams throughout Europe.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Concierge Specialist to join our Customer Support team.

The support team is mainly assigned to client requests by subscriptions, including support for our products (CRM system). Furthermore, the team can be requested to assist with user guides, release notes, and testing. All shifts are scheduled (11 : 00 AM – 08 : 00 PM / 5 : 30 PM – 2 : 30 AM).

Join a dedicated team consisting of four members, including three Concierge Specialists and a Project Manager. Together, we aim to provide top-tier solutions and support.

Requirements :

• Ability to analyze data and issues effectively.
• Upper-intermediate level with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to design and deliver compelling presentations.
• Skilled in facilitating training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets, ensuring efficient documentation and data handling.
