We are looking for a  French  speaker  Freelance Recruiter Specialist  with at least  6 months of experience  to join Cross Border Talents. This is a  full-time remote role , where you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and building strong relationships with potential hires. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• At least  6 months of experience  in recruitment or talent sourcing
• Strong interviewing and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
• Experience in cross-border recruitment is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
