Basic knowledge of Windows system administration.

General understanding of infrastructure, including application servers and databases.

Familiarity with system integration and integration principles using REST APIs, as well as protocols like MQTT and AMQP.

Understanding of data concepts and structures, such as ISA-88 and JSON.

Basic programming skills in languages like Node.js, Python, or Java, with a strong desire to develop further.

Fundamental networking knowledge.

Experience with cloud infrastructure and managed services, particularly with Amazon AWS.

Preferably experienced in scripting for IT infrastructure deployment and containerization.

Basic understanding of data analytics.

Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and Scrum methodologies at a conceptual level.
