Were looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Portugal! Were seeking a versatile proactive professional with a genuine interest in the different areas of marketing.

What you will do :

• Support the coordination of TheFork Awards a recurring event throughout the year involving international collaboration campaign planning and online / offline promotions for restaurants.
• Liaise with our external creative agency to ensure timely delivery of assets and adherence to guidelines.
• Schedule and publish social media content across our Portuguese platforms.
• Translate and adapt global content and messaging from English to Portuguese.
• Assist in the execution of local marketing activations and communications.
• Collaborate with the sales and performance marketing teams on initiatives that boost visibility and engagement.
• Help monitor and report on campaign performance and team KPIs.

Who you are :

You bring 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.

Comfortable working in fast-paced cross-functional environments.

Prior experience coordinating with external agencies.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides).

Knowledge of tools like Figma Salesforce and Notion is a plus.

You feel confident using Excel and Sheet for reporting (e.g. Pivot Tables VLOOKUP).

Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

Based in Lisbon or available to work on-site. What we offer you :
