Senior .NET Developer / Team Lead – E-Trading Platform (Derivatives)

Join a high-performing team driving the development of a successful e-trading platform in the Derivatives space. We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Developer or Team Lead with strong .NET expertise and experience in high-volume, real-time systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high standards in code quality, performance, and security.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle in an agile environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production support, to ensure smooth delivery and maintenance.
Contribute to solution design, technical analysis, and code reviews.

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years in software development, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

Strong .NET / C# skills; experience with JavaScript and React is a plus.

Background in microservices, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies.

Experience with trading platforms or real-time systems is highly desirable (training provided if needed).

Soft Skills :

Strong leadership and communication abilities.
