Location :   Lisbon, Portugal

Position Type : Full-time (40 hours / week)

Working Hours : Sunday – Thursday, 7 : 30 – 16 : 30

Probation Period : 30 Days

Contract Type : Unfixed term contract

Role Overview :

As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and solutions related to a range of innovative gaming products and services. Your technical knowledge will be instrumental in delivering a premium experience to all users.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Efficiently respond to customer inquiries within established timescales.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Handle correspondence as required, ensuring clear communication.
  • Log all customer interactions accurately in line with established procedures.
  • Maintain and update relevant administrative documentation responsibly.
  • Recognize when to escalate issues to other departments or senior staff.

    Requirements :

  • EU citizenship or valid work visa for Portugal.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and proficient English
