Customer Service Representative (Danish Speaker)

Descrição da vagaSupport customer satisfaction and long-term engagement by ensuring effective resolution of issues. Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership to achieve team objectives. Handle inquiries and requests across various communication channels, ensuring accurate and timely updates in internal systems. Share insights on recurring challenges and suggest opportunities for process or service improvements. Foster positive relationships by delivering prompt and courteous support. Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all customer interactions. Fluency in Danish Language, C1 / C2 level. Fluency in English Language, B2 level. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Basic understanding of customer service principles and the ability to follow standard procedures. Previous experience in customer service would be a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced or evolving support environment. Ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot common issues with guidance. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills across various platforms (phone, email, chat, social media). Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies. Communicative, Speak and / or write well and get your ideas across to others easily. Interpreter, Look at things and make sense of them, figure what is needed and how to fulfil it. Confident, Pleasant, Energetic, Helpful, Trustworthy Efficient, Perform tasks in the fastest and simplest ways that they can be done. Organized and punctual, put things in order so that they run smoothly and are always on time. Flexible, Can carry different responsibilities, sometimes with very little advanced notice. Listen, Listen / pay attention to what others are saying, without daydreaming or judging them. Precise, Make sure that things are done accurately, correctly, and exactly. Willingness to acquire new knowledge. Service Customers, be friendly patient, and polite with customers and try your best to service their needs / wants. Salary : Kindly Share with us your salary expectations. Remote – Braga, Portugal. Full eligibility to live & work in Portugal is a must. Shift Based – 08 : 00 – 17 : 00.
