What we’re looking for : junior profile   (max 1 year) with a strong focus on providing post-sale support to our customers excellent verbal and written communication skills – clear, confident, and empathetic speaking style strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients highly organized and detail-oriented , capable of managing multiple clients and tasks efficiently proactive mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving active listening skills and empathy in client interactions fluency in both Portuguese and English availability to work from our Carnaxide office   We’ve got your back At Growin, we encourage our people to be the best versions of themselves.
