Descrição do cargo5+ years of experience in network engineering Strong experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or Juniper environments Solid understanding of TCP / IP, BGP, OSPF, and firewall management Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios) Familiar with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Knowledge of IT security policies, VPNs, and remote access protocols Experience with network automation (Ansible, Python scripting is a plus) Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Fortinet NSE are a strong plus Fluent in English (B2 minimum). Portuguese is a plus
We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to support and optimize the infrastructure of one of our key projects in Lisbon.
Location : Hybrid – Lisbon, Portugal
Start Date : ASAP
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain LAN / WAN, firewalls, and VPN solutions
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure network security and compliance with corporate standards
- Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments
- Work with cloud and on-premise network systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure efficient network operations
- Manage routing, switching, and load balancing configurations
