Inetum is looking for a PMO Support professional with experience in project portfolio management , governance, and cross-functional support for project management teams in a challenging context with national impact. The professional will join a key public sector project, with a focus on initiatives funded by the PRR.
Location : Lisbon
Main responsibilities :
- Manage the project portfolio, ensuring visibility and strategic coherence;
- Disseminate and monitor the governance model;
- Maintain ongoing alignment with structures from various public entities;
- Provide cross-functional support to project managers, focusing on organization, communication, and goal achievement;
- Prepare regular reports focusing on execution KPIs;
- Coordinate and energize follow-up meetings with Project Managers and external entities;
- Monitor requests, support decision-making processes, and prepare governance meetings;
- Create and update strategic documentation (roadmaps, presentations, minutes, etc.);
- Monitor plans, milestones, interdependencies, and documentation in MS Teams;
- Support the standardization and structuring of project documentation.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in PMO roles;Knowledge of project governance, reporting, and portfolio management;Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and promote best practices;Proficiency in MS Office tools (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.);Autonomy, proactivity, and strong attention to detail;Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
