Are you a Greek speaker with a passion for helping people? We're looking for a Customer Support Representative to join a dynamic and international team in beautiful Porto, Portugal . You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat

Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Uphold company policies and represent the brand positively

Requirements

Native-level fluency in Greek (spoken and written)

Good command of English (B2 level or higher)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer service is a plus

Strong problem-solving attitude and a team-player mindset

EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit
