Job Description :

  • Attract and engage top tech talent by sourcing and identifying high-potential candidates for IT roles using innovative strategies
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to collaborate on defining hiring needs, aligning expectations, and creating tailored recruitment plans
  • Design standout job ads that craft clear and appealing job descriptions to attract the right candidates
  • Proactively source talent through tools like LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other platforms to find the perfect match
  • Assess technical skills by interviewing candidates to evaluate their technical expertise and cultural fit

Must-Have :

  • At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, conducting interviews, and hiring strategies
  • Proven ability to identify and engage talent in competitive markets
  • Experience in conducting interviews, assessing both technical and cultural fit
  • A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects effectively
  • Problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and find creative solutions
  • Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English

    • Would be great if you have :

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Familiarity with ATS tools, such as LinkdIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing techniques
  • Spanish or French speaking are a plus
