Tasks

  • Be part of our Support hub and help the development of the department
  • Propose solutions and guide clients through our managed services options and support the sales process
  • Support the continuous development of the department by identifying process improvements and client feedback for better service delivery
  • Stay up to date with our service offerings and proactively promote them to clients as their needs evolve
  • Collaborate closely with the operational teams to ensure client issues are addressed effectively and efficiently
  • Monitor and manage incoming requests and tickets

Requirements

  • Technical course or a relevant university degree with at least 2 years of work experience
  • Strong interest in IT, software and digitalisation
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Proactive and sales-driven mindset is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building strong and meaningful client relationships
  • Flexibility to work on different projects across functions, teams and industries
  • Friendly and open personality that enjoys working with customers
  • Fluent in English (C2) and proficient in German (B2 or higher)
