About the Role
As an Operations Associate on the Solutions team, you will be the quality gatekeeper and operational backbone of our AI implementations. You'll ensure every client solution meets our high standards before deployment, while keeping our Solutions team running efficiently. This role combines QA expertise, customer-facing support, and operational excellence to deliver flawless AI transformations.
You'll work directly with our Solutions team and AI Engineers teams to test, validate, and optimise AI agent deployments. This is perfect for someone with a strong Operations and Quality background who wants to apply their skills to cutting-edge AI implementations while maintaining direct client contact.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Lead quality assurance processes for all client AI implementations before go-live
- Develop and execute test cases for AI agent workflows and integrations
- Identify bugs, edge cases, and potential issues in solution designs
- Create quality assurance checklists and validation protocols for the Solutions team
- Maintain quality standards across all solution deployments
Process Improvement
Identify gaps in our QA and implementation processesPropose and implement operational improvementsBuild automated testing workflows where possibleUse AI tools to streamline QA and documentation tasksMaintain implementation quality metrics and reportingSolutions Operations Support
Manage solution deployment schedules and project timelinesOrganise and maintain solution documentation and client configurationsManage documentation requests for data security and identify bottlenecksCoordinate between Solutions, Sales, and Engineer teamsMaintain solution templates, playbooks, and knowledge basesCustomer-Facing Activities
Participate in client meetings and gather requirementsDocument and triage customer-reported issuesSupport client onboarding with quality checks and validationCreate customer-facing documentation and help guidesAssist with solution demonstrations when QA expertise is neededEnsure smooth handoffs between implementation and supportWhat We Are Looking For
Essential Requirements
Based in Lisbon (or willing to work from Lisbon regularly)Strong business experience and process knowledge with BPO / contact centre experience preferred.Strong QA / Quality Assurance background (3+ years) - Experience in Outsourcing testing or solution validationCustomer-facing experience required - Comfortable leading client testing sessions and gathering requirementsExperience supporting technical or solutions teamsHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailProcess-oriented mindset with ability to create scalable workflowsTechnical Skills
Experience with Quality Assurance methodologies and testing frameworksProficient with testing and project management toolsStrong documentation and technical writing skillsKey Attributes
