Position : Business Analyst

Location : Lisbon / Hybrid

What You’ll Do :

• Proactive definition of technical solutions with specialized teams.
• Creating functional diagrams to support decisions and technical solutions.
• Monitoring developments, integrated tests and deployments.
• Coordination of acceptance tests with the business (UATs).
• Preparing information for analysis teams.
• Requesting effort and cost estimates from the technical teams.
• Escalation point for operational incidents in the area.
• Managing incident priorities based on criticality and impact.
• Continuous monitoring of incident resolution with the parties involved.
