We are currently hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors to work fully remotely within Portugal. You’ll be at the forefront of providing high-quality support for users of a popular digital payment platform—ensuring a seamless and supportive experience across every interaction.
Your Role : What You'll Do
As a Remote Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will :
- Provide friendly and efficient support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Help users with account inquiries, transaction issues, payment processes, and general platform navigation.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring clarity and comfort throughout the interaction.
- Answer questions about account security, billing, refunds, and service features.
- Log, categorize, and escalate issues when needed, while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with service updates and policy changes to provide accurate and current assistance.
- Promote customer loyalty and trust by consistently offering top-tier service and empathy.
- Work collaboratively with internal support teams to resolve complex or sensitive issues.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is :
Fluent in Dutch (C1 level or higher) with good English skills (B2 level minimum).Legally residing in Portugal or willing to relocate (visa / work permit assistance not provided).Passionate about customer support and capable of handling various customer inquiries.A clear and confident communicator, both written and spoken.Patient, empathetic, and a great problem solver.Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with strong time-management skills.Familiar with online payment platforms and digital financial services.What We Offer
