Descrição da vagaNative / fluent in German, both verbal and written, as well as fluency in English (at least B2 level). At least 1 years experience working in pharmaceutical industry within Germany. Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and concepts (e.g., technical terms, regulatory language, or product classifications relevant to the field). Strong communication skills, with a high level of empathy and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Proficient in IT systems, with the ability to quickly and accurately use tools to document and manage interactions. Willingness and availability to work in a shift-based schedule. Position : Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant
Location : Porto, Portugal
Employment type : Full-time
Remuneration : Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including live chat, phone, email, web forms, and social media.
- Communicating effectively with professionals within relevant industries.
- Managing customer requests, including providing information and handling complaints.
- Delivering high-quality solutions and customer service.
- Offering accurate and timely product-related guidance in a professional manner.
