As a Global Network Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our network management processes across various business units. You will lead initiatives that enhance performance, optimize operations, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

What you do

• Lead and Innovate : Drive Network Management projects focused on RSA and Mobility topics, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate and Connect : Work closely with central and local departments, including Global Operations, Procurement, and Underwriting, to achieve project success and foster best practices.
• Transform and Improve : Lead the transformation of RSA Network Management, defining target models and implementing new network models such as franchising and provider marketplaces.
• Monitor and Optimize : Track project progress, manage KPIs, and ensure project documentation is up-to-date, contributing to continuous improvement in network performance and quality.
• Communicate and Engage : Serve as the preferred point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across departments.
