This includes providing Hiring Managers and candidates with high-touch and compelling experiences during the recruitment and hiring process.
We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our EMEA wide Entry-Level Talent Team to help craft and implement our hiring strategy.
Responsibilities :
- You will work directly with the managers and leaders, predominantly in Portugal.
- Responsible for sourcing & attracting candidates, evaluating, full spectrum interview process, offer management and closing them.
- Lead and track candidate pipelines through our ATS to ensure a fully compliant and secure process
- You will ensure hiring manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and expertly.
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate
- Lead kick-off meetings and debriefs with hiring teams.
- Establish and run a schedule of regular updates back to the hiring manager
- Conduct retrospectives with your business units and team
- Engage with any ETR related projects. Your main role will be sourcing passive candidates, evaluating, and closing them.
Preferred Skills :
Experience (2+ years) in end to end recruitment experience ideally in a tech industry within Early in Career recruitment, sourcing, inclusive hiring and campus event management.Demonstrable track record to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, dynamic work environment as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage them efficiently.Experienced in managing an applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing candidates through various methods (i.e. Creative Connections, Referrals, & Professional networks).Demonstrates passion for inclusion and supporting an inclusive talent pipelineAbility to deliver results with little supervision, and to optimally balance multiple searches / projects and candidatesCapable of building positive relationships up, down, and sideways in the organizationFluency in English.
