In order to create the future, we are looking for a Planning and Control Analyst

As an Planning and Control Analyst projects you will :

  • Support the analysis of management, planning and control information, identifying deviations and their causes and consequences.
  • Contribute to produce follow up and periodic financing reporting.
  • Support the monthly analysis of deviations.
  • Support public funded projects on its management (PRR, Portugal 2030, Horizon Europe, etc)
  • Have a PMO perspective of what is happening on the projects and follow up with project managers on financial and opertional KPIs
  • Support the production of information, financial and operational.

What we are looking for :

  • Effective experience in Consulting and / or Financial Management of Multi-Project Programs.
  • Experience in projects that are public funded PRR, Portugal 2030, Horizon Europe, etc.
  • Experience in creating and monitoring Documentation and Reporting processes for activities
  • High problem-solving capabilities.
  • Easiness to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous projects.
  • Instinct to be up to date on innovation trends.
  • Excel experienced user.
  • Specific Skills Required

  • 3 - 5 years experience
  • Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Accounting.
  • Fluent English.
  • Location : Lisbon, Portugal

    Contract until 30 June 2026 with possibility to renew
