We are looking for an Operations Admin to join our team, with the main intent to develop and manage of processes that improve the quality of work.

Create, maintain, and manage the internal operations process.
Responsible for the supplier management.
Responsible for all workplace-related inquiries, including suppliers and management of incoming invoices. Including questions from our staff on these.
Assist the HR team with the requests they receive from colleagues on a day-to-day basis.
High level / Native English (minimum C1).
1 / 2 years of experience in an HR or business administration role.
A great service mind and the ability to prioritize and provide quick support to internal stakeholders, colleagues, employees, and managers.
A passion for automation, processes, and systems.
Analytical and critical thinking
Detail-oriented, organized and able to work on multiple projects over the course of a day.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.
Meticulously high level of attention to detail and accurate documentation of information.
Performs well under pressure.
