We are looking for a Solution Architect !
Responsibilities :
Analyze functional requirements impacting the reference architecture.Monitor products and applications to design solutions.Reinforce the use of reference architecture and reuse existing applications / functionalities / modules.Propose changes to the reference architecture when necessary or when a better solution is identified.Document application architecture.Map functional requirements with technical requirements to support development teams.Requirements :
Up to 10 years of experience in the role for the service to be contracted.Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.Critical analysis and problem-solving skills.Commitment to quality deliveries.Knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence (valued).Languages : English (required), Portuguese and Spanish (valued).Ability to analyze business requirements and fit them into EDP's reference architecture.Knowledge of architectural components and governance rules.Clear communication of security and architecture rules, with autonomous persuasion skills.Design and implement OT architectures, understanding network security and requirements.Knowledge of the Purdue model, SCADA, DCS, PLC technologies (valued).Familiarity with protocols like Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, OPC-UA, MQTT, ICCP (valued).Basic knowledge of security standards and regulations such as NERC CIP, IEC 62443, ISO 27001 (valued).Experience with agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies.Languages : Proficient in English (required).Design and document logical architecture solutions with medium impacts.API design and specification skills.Solution-oriented mindset, teamwork, and knowledge sharing.If interested, send your CV to with reference “CA / SolutionArchitect”.
