Job Description :

• Explore New Markets : Identify and attract new clients to expand our business base
• Develop Business Strategies : Create and implement innovative strategies to drive company growth
• Generate and Boost Leads : Demonstrate skill in creating valuable contacts and converting leads into business opportunities
• Present Our Services : Conduct prospecting meetings to promote our IT Consulting and Nearshoring services, offered in Time & Materials and Team as a Service collaboration models
• Manage Client Portfolio : Create and oversee a portfolio of national and international clients
• Client Engagement : Provide personalized solutions and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process
• Recruit Technology Talent : Lead the recruitment and selection of high-level technology profiles
