Are you passionate about online content and fluent in Albanian? We are seeking a dedicated Content Moderator to join our team in our Lisbon office. If youre looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic, multicultural environment, this is the role for you!

Position : Content Moderator

Location : Lisbon, Portugal

Work Model : On-site

Remuneration : Competitive Base Salary

Key Responsibilities :

Review Ads : Monitor and review advertisements for an online platform.
Content Management : Delete and block content according to policies; filter, organize, and evaluate material.

Requirements :

Fluency in Albanian : Native or fluent in both oral and written forms.

English Proficiency : Upper-intermediate level (B2).

Eligibility : No resident card required; Israeli citizens with a Job Seeker visa are welcome.

Tech Savvy : Comfortable with computer use and quick to learn new tools.

Content Sensitivity : Able to review potentially inappropriate, violent, or explicit content without bias.

Critical Thinking : Strong skills in contextual and critical thinking.

Adaptability : Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high volumes and changing demands.

Independence & Teamwork : Capable of working independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
