Role : IT Recruiter (Freelancer).

Location : Remote, Portugal.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the IT sector;
• Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, etc.);
• Experience providing candidate support throughout the entire recruitment process (follow-up / feedback);
• Autonomy, proactivity, and dynamism;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
