Join Our Team as a Senior DevOps Engineer (mainframe)

As a Senior Mainframe DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and execution of DevOps practices within the organization, with a strong focus on mainframe environments. This position is instrumental in bridging the gap between traditional mainframe development and modern DevOps methodologies, fostering seamless collaboration and accelerating the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

You will have the unique opportunity to define, architect, and manage the CI / CD strategy for a diverse and complex ecosystem of software products spanning multiple platforms, with a primary emphasis on z / OS systems. Your expertise will be critical in streamlining development workflows, enhancing automation, and ensuring consistent and reliable software delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test and maintain CI / CD pipeline, and ability to maintain continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI / CD) process for a complex set of software requirements and products spread across multiple platforms.
• Monitor and manage infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Define and develop, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development, deployment, and operations.
• Select tools and technologies which best fit business needs.
• Lead platform upgrade / migration / maintenance independently.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, then utilize them to enhance the software infrastructure.
