What does it take to be a SMART Functional Business Support Analyst?

A degree in IT, Finance, Engineering or a related field

Experience in financial back-office or front-office areas

Solid knowledge of SQL (at least 1 year)

Familiarity with Linux, MS Office, and Summit

A team-player spirit, always ready to share and learn

Strong communication skills (because tech doesn’t speak for itself)

Bonus : a background in financial markets is a huge plus

What will you be doing at SMART?

• Providing functional support across key business operations
• Troubleshooting and solving issues in financial systems with real-time impact
• Writing and analyzing SQL queries to extract, track and validate financial data
• Working in tandem with cross-functional teams to improve operational flow
• Gaining hands-on experience with Summit in a dynamic finance environment
• Becoming a key player in process optimization, all while learning and growing
