Financial Operations Controller

We are looking for a  Financial Operations Controller  to join our   Inetum Team  and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Main Tasks :

• Execute tasks according to closing schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance and registration of documents (e.g. invoices).
• Deliver errorfree financial reports (CAPEX / OPEX) within deadlines.
• Provide precise resource and logistics reports on time.
• Prepare meeting documents using corporate templates.
• Manage and control the budget for the area (CAPEX and OPEX).
• Organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders.
• Compile reports to support area management and decisionmaking.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.
