We are looking for a certified Scrum Master to guide agile teams working on digital product delivery and ERP / CRM transformation projects.
Start date : ASAP
Location : Hybrid (50% remote, 50% on-site)
Language : Fluency in English and Portuguese
Main Responsibilities :
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional development teams
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups)
- Promote continuous improvement and remove delivery blockers
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog
- Track team velocity, report KPIs, and manage sprint delivery
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile values, roles, and responsibilities
