Our client is looking for a Fullstack Python Django / React Developer who will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining their innovative SaaS platform. As a remote-first company, you'll be a crucial part of our adaptive and agile team, ensuring the platform is scalable, robust, and user-centric.

This Job Might Be For You If :

  • You have a strong proficiency in Python and Django with 5+ years of experience.
  • React.js is your strength, and you have a solid grasp of its core principles, with 3+ years of experience.
  • You have hands-on experience with API design, implementation, and working with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
  • Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure are familiar territory for you.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker is in your toolkit.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are second nature to you.

As a Fullstack Developer, you will :

  • Develop and maintain scalable backend services.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to innovate and implement new features.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs while integrating with third-party services.
  • Optimize database queries and boost overall performance.
  • Incorporate AI and Agents into our systems.
  • Partner with DevOps to deploy backend services, ensuring optimal availability and reliability.
  • Continuously optimize the codebase to enhance performance and scalability.

    • Your Initial Project :

    You'll begin by enhancing the xxx platform, aiming for a completely intuitive, self-service experience for recruiters and companies. This involves a backend to ensure optimal usability and scalability.

    Key tasks include :

  • Automating the selection and scheduling of recruiters based on specific criteria
  • Introducing AI features and agents
  • Refactoring certain components of the system to boost performance and speed
