About the Role :

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon! If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What Are Your Tasks :

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in German .
  • Handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions.

Schedule & Working Conditions :

  • Monday to Friday : Rotating shifts between 06 : 00 and 22 : 00 .
  • Weekends off Saturdays and Sundays are your days off!
  • Commute Support : We offer Uber reimbursement up to 25€ for early morning shifts starting at 06 : 00.

    • What We Offer :

    Salary : Competitive package (to be disclosed during the interview).

    Welcome Bonus Receive a 3000€ bonus upon joining.

    Meal Allowance : 7.23€ per working day.

    Transport Allowance : 20€ per month.

    Health Insurance :

  • Available from Day 1 (small monthly contribution required).
  • Fully covered after 6 months of employment.

    • Relocation & Benefits for Lisbon Hires :

  • Flight Reimbursement : Up to 400€ (Economy class) after completing 6 months.
  • Accommodation Support : If relocating from outside Portugal, you can stay in a shared apartment for up to 12 months at 280 / month (utilities included, deducted from your salary).

    • Who Were Looking For :

  • Fluent in German (written & spoken).
  • Good command of English for internal communication.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Eligible to work in Portugal with one of the following :

    • EU ID

  • Residence card
