About the Role :
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon! If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What Are Your Tasks :
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in German .
- Handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions.
Schedule & Working Conditions :
Monday to Friday : Rotating shifts between 06 : 00 and 22 : 00 .Weekends off Saturdays and Sundays are your days off!Commute Support : We offer Uber reimbursement up to 25€ for early morning shifts starting at 06 : 00.What We Offer :
Salary : Competitive package (to be disclosed during the interview).

Meal Allowance : 7.23€ per working day.
Transport Allowance : 20€ per month.
