Responsibilities :

Gather requirements from stakeholders and validate business needs
Prepare and maintain comprehensive requirements documentation
Create system functional specifications and ensure alignment with technical teams
Use UML and BPMN to model business processes and system flows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment (Scrum / Kanban)
Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure, and Figma to manage requirements and documentation.

What We’re Looking For :

Degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, or a similar field (mandatory);

Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business or Functional Analyst;

2 to 5 years of experience in the Healthcare sector;

Strong skills in UML and BPMN modeling;

Experience in creating functional specifications and system documentation;

Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and / or Azure;

Familiarity with Scrum / Kanban methodologies;

Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written);

Good level of English (spoken and written).
