Microsoft M365 Consultant / Engineer – (€38k-€42k, Portugal, English speaking) Role My client is a Global IT Consulting, offering the opportunity to work across a broad client base delivering Microsoft 365 solutions. This is a hands-on role combining technical consultancy, support escalation management, and tenant administration. You’ll be responsible for third-line support, managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments, and advising customers on best practice around tools such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph. You’ll also contribute to new implementations, migrations, and be a key player in ensuring smooth adoption and operational excellence. Key Skills Essential : Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph) Microsoft 365 administration & configuration (3rd Line) PowerShell scripting for automation and remediation Strong communication & client-facing consultancy Troubleshooting Active Directory, DNS, client connectivity, mobile device access Hands-on experience resolving escalations and service reports Minimum 2 years in a Microsoft infrastructure / systems admin or support role Desirable : Experience with solution design and migrations Training delivery and user adoption support Microsoft Certifications : M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Security Admin Associate, Teams Admin Associate Consulting or project experience with a Microsoft Partner Hybrid work experience with Microsoft technologies Location : Portugal / Remote Eligibility : You must be eligible to work without sponsorship in Portugal Opportunity If you are looking to step into a role where you will be rewarded for your technical knowledge and have access to training, certification support, and career growth in a top-tier IT Company, this is the perfect next step.
